Please provide the SIGTECH supporter with the ID and password generated once for this session so that the SIGTECH supporter can establish the connection to your PC
Now you can see on your screen how the SIGTECH supporter carries out remote maintenance or remote diagnostics on your PC using “your” mouse (just as if he were sitting right in front of your PC)
He will also explain remote maintenance and remote diagnostics to you over the phone
You and the SIGTECH supporter can cancel the one-time Internet connection at any time
